We are looking for a Management Assistant to serve as a personal assistant for the companys management.

What will you be doing:

• Ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment
• Coordination of business trips and agendas
• Managing external visits and guests to the company
• Front desk tasks and administrative services
• Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
• Assist the administration team with team tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position in high tech companies -Advantage
• High level English reading writing and speaking
• Excellent Office skills
• Ability to work independently responsibly out of the box thinking and multi- tasking
• Academic Education advantage
• Full time job with availability for additional hours
