INTECH Process Automation is seeking a seasoned Analyzer Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team responsible for the maintenance troubleshooting calibration validation and reliability of process analyzers CEMS and associated sample-conditioning systems. The role ensures accurate analyzer measurements reliable sample systems data integrity and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive/corrective maintenance calibration and troubleshooting of process analyzers and CEMS.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sample-conditioning systems including filters regulators pumps coolers heaters flow controls and tubing.
- Perform analyzer calibration validation zero/span checks and performance verification using approved standards.
- Diagnose analyzer sample-system electrical pneumatic and communication faults.
- Inspect and maintain analyzer shelters cabinets utilities ventilation air supply and associated equipment.
- Verify analyzer data quality signal integrity alarms trends and interfaces with DCS/SCADA/historian systems.
- Support analyzer commissioning installation replacement loop checks and functional testing.
- Identify recurring sample-system and analyzer failures and implement RCA and reliability improvements.
- Ensure proper handling of hazardous gases chemicals calibration gases and analyzer waste in accordance with HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs specialist vendors Operations Maintenance Laboratory and Engineering teams for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Maintain analyzer calibration records validation reports maintenance history test results and CMMS documentation.
- Support MOC system modifications and approved analyzer configuration changes.
- Ensure compliance with hazardous-area environmental process safety and site analyzer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to analyzer technicians and maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Control Electronics Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years experience in oil & gas petrochemical or industrial facilities including at least 3 years in analyzer engineering.
- Strong experience with process analyzers CEMS and analyzer systems.
- Knowledge of sample-conditioning systems shelters utilities tubing filters regulators pumps and flow-control components.
- Hands-on experience with calibration validation zero/span checks and analyzer performance testing.
- Experience with DCS/SCADA/historian interfaces signal verification and data quality.
- Knowledge of hazardous-area requirements and safe handling of hazardous gases/chemicals.
- Strong troubleshooting RCA and analyzer reliability improvement skills.
- Experience coordinating with OEMs and specialist analyzer vendors.
- Good knowledge of CMMS maintenance documentation MOC and HSE requirements.
- Analyzer/OEM training or relevant certification is highly desirable.
