Capgemini is seeking motivated and ambitious Young Professionals with a strong academic background in Business Informatics or Supply Chain Management to join our growing teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with international clients support business transformation initiatives and develop expertise in business processes digital solutions and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills a collaborative mindset and C1-level German language proficiency which is a mandatory requirement due to the nature of client interactions and project assignments.

• Support business and operational process analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business needs and contribute to the design of technology-enabled solutions.
• Participate in supply chain logistics procurement or business process optimization projects.
• Assist in data analysis reporting and preparation of client presentations.
• Support project implementation activities testing and process documentation.
• Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines quality standards and business objectives.

• Bachelors degree in:
  • Business Informatics
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Industrial Engineering (with Supply Chain focus)
  • Business Administration with a Supply Chain specialization
  • Related fields

• German language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internships academic projects or practical experience in business analysis supply chain ERP systems or digital transformation are considered a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles or Business Informatics concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a global consulting and technology organization.
