We are seeking a Technical Learning Experience Designer who is passionate about cybersecurity digital learning and innovative learner experiences. This role is responsible for designing developing maintaining and continuously improving scalable learning solutions that help global audiences successfully adopt and use RSA solutions.

You will transform complex technical concepts into engaging learner-centered experiences delivered through eLearning interactive modules hands-on labs guided simulations videos microlearning learning paths assessments and performance support resources.

This role works closely with Product Management Engineering Customer Success Support Documentation and Subject Matter Experts to drive customer proficiency and product adoption through modern enablement practices.

Principal Responsibilities:

Learning Experience Design

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences for RSA customers partners and employees.
• Create learning journeys that combine self-paced learning hands-on labs knowledge assessments performance support assets and certification readiness.
• Apply learner-centered design adult learning principles and learning experience design practices to improve engagement retention and learner success.
• Design learning experiences that support multiple personas roles use cases and skill levels.
• Continuously improve content using learner feedback learning analytics assessments and business outcome indicators.

Digital Content Development

• Develop technical eLearning courses guided simulations tutorials videos microlearning assets scenario-based exercises and interactive learning resources.
• Design and maintain hands-on lab exercises that provide practical realistic experience with RSA solutions.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical knowledge product releases and field insights into effective digital learning experiences.
• Use AI-powered content development tools to accelerate drafting content maintenance quality reviews accessibility checks and localization support.
• Ensure learning content remains accurate scalable accessible and aligned with product releases and evolving customer needs.

Learning Technologies & Innovation

• Use modern authoring tools LMS platforms video tools simulation tools AI and digital learning technologies to deliver scalable learning experiences.
• Contribute to learning content governance standards templates and continuous improvement practices.
• Explore emerging learning technologies and recommend practical ways to improve learner engagement content quality and team productivity.

Enablement Effectiveness

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning programs align with customer success product adoption and enablement objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and peer support to team members when needed.

Facilitation Support

• Facilitate virtual or instructor-led technical sessions when required with primary emphasis on digital learning design and eLearning development.
• Support train-the-trainer internal enablement and partner readiness initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Computer Engineering Instructional Technology Telecommunications or a related field.
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and translate them into clear effective learner experiences.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals Identity and Access Management authentication technologies networking and enterprise software concepts.
• Excellent written communication content development and visual organization skills.
• Experience designing digital learning experiences eLearning content or technical enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design learning experience design and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing self-paced learning interactive digital content assessments and learner support resources.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly organized detail-oriented self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Articulate 360 Rise Storyline or similar content creation tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted content development workflow automation or productivity tools.
• Experience designing technical hands-on labs simulations certification readiness content or role-based learning paths.
• Familiarity with RSA ID Plus RSA Governance & Lifecycle Authentication MFA Passwordless Identity Security orelated cybersecurity technologies.
• Knowledge of learning measurement frameworks and data-driven content optimization.
• Additional European language skills such as French German Spanish or Italian are a plus.
