Solution integrator Lead

This role coordinates directs and oversees the activities of SDI inside the North West Europe territory ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration with Orange Cyber Defense (OCD) to deliver comprehensive securitysolutions.

These activities include the local SVP orchestration consulting and pre-sales activities as well as the innovation activities. The SDI Lead North West Europe is the local representativefor SDI Europe providing consolidated customers feedback on SVPs to the region and driving SVP adoption within the territory. This person is an integral part of the North West Europe Management team and interfaces directly with customers to drive business.

The role is also charged with bringing value back to Orange Business within the cyber security scope

Priority objectives

• Develop a local SDI strategy that aligns the local objectives and ambitions with the regional capabilities and direction ensuring strategic integration with Orange Cyber Defense (OCD) offerings and expertise.
• Coordinate local activities related to Europe SDI business objectives
• Bridge any gap to each individual OCD countrys business within territory especially important for Finland where there is no OCD entity.
• Coordinate educate and create best practices amongst the Territory Communication Services community to tackle security opportunities
• Providing NWE with the best choice of security delivery between different OCD entities and/or other group entities or external Customer Centric Mindset together with the North West Europe Management team

Excellent skills in communication at all levels

Preference for vertical understanding is an asset (manufacturing finance)

Minimum 10 years working experience preferably in complex matrix model

Able to define and create a transformation plan as well as executing it

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
