ملخص الوظيفة
Job Purpose:
Managing workshop operations supervising technicians ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs and achieving workshop productivity and efficiency targets while maintaining safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise workshop technicians to maximize productivity.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Ensure the correct identification and installation of spare parts.
- Monitor repair quality before vehicle delivery.
- Track daily workshop KPIs efficiency and carry-over.Plan and allocateworkshop jobs based on technician capabilities and workload.
- Follow up on delayed and repeat repairs and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and repair procedures.
- Coordinate with Technical Support Training and Warranty teams.
- Maintain safety discipline and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Automotive Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
- Experience in workshop operations and technician performancemanagement.
- Leadership ability with experience managing technical teams.
- Organized detail-oriented and KPI-driven.
