Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team on a full-time on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our clients Oracle EBS systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and the ability to design develop and implement complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop solutions to address business requirements using Oracle EBS modules such as Financials Supply Chain Management and Human Resources.

- Lead technical discussions with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for system improvements.

- Develop custom reports interfaces and extensions using Oracle EBS tools such as PL/SQL Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS updates and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

- On-hand EBS technical experience 10
- Design and develop (RICE) as per the requirement specified in the functional requirement specification.
- Identify technical gaps in user requirements and design custom solutions to cater user requirements.
- Document the application extension technical design documents based on the OUM approach.
- Review the documents/deliverables delivered by the Implementation Vendor team.
- Able to work with Oracle Support to solve the issues.
- Extend Application using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is mandatory.
- Build custom Workflows and extend standard workflows using workflow builder is mandatory.
- Good to have any technical experience in Oracle Fusion ERP
