Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients a leading company in the building materials and security systems industry. This position is based in Egypt at the companys commercial office in 5th Settlement New Cairo.

Job Location: New Cairo Egypt

We are currently seeking a Sales Projects Manager to lead the Project Sales function in the Egyptian market. This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth setting and achieving sales targets and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership a solid understanding of the Egyptian market and strong experience in the building materials sector. Experience in the KSA market is a plus but not mandatory.

Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Projects Channel in Egypt.
• Forecast and plan expected sales volumes revenues and profitability.
• Lead inspire and grow the project sales team to exceed set targets and KPIs.

Sales Operations & Client Development

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding evolving needs.
• Identify emerging opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure client-centric offerings.

Reporting & Market Insight

• Present regular reports on sales performance revenue expenses and market forecasts.
• Continuously monitor the market landscape to adjust plans and stay ahead of trends.

Innovation & Team Enablement

• Implement new sales practices and contribute to change management programs.
• Maximize team performance through coaching development and performance management.

• Drives Results: Maintains a performance-driven culture and pushes for excellence.
• Ensures Accountability: Holds self and team responsible for meeting goals.

• Education: . in Engineering or any related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in project sales and commercial roles.
• Industry: Proven experience in the building materials industry is a must.
• Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the Saudi market is an advantage but not required.
