Were looking for a passionate and experienced Reporting Specialist (German Speaking) to join our vibrant team! As the Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and delivering data-driven insights to support business performance operational efficiency and informed decision-making while effectively communicating with German-speaking stakeholders.

Develop maintain and automate reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs.
Collect validate and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.
Identify trends patterns and actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
Collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and present insights.
Ensure data quality integrity and governance across reporting processes.
Support performance reviews by preparing detailed analysis summaries and presentations.
Continuously enhance reporting processes tools and data visualization practices.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting data analysis business intelligence or a related field.
Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards in a corporate or service delivery environment.
In-depth understanding of data analysis visualization techniques and reporting best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools including Excel Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools.
