Our client is a rapid growing EV Charging Solutions company based in UAE and Egypt and looking for hiring a Project Engineer to support and coordinate all B2B client projects from the technical side work closely with the Business Development team and Account Managers and ensure smooth project execution end-to-end. The role will also own the public charging project scope including CPMS CPO documentation and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders involved in project delivery. EV charging roles commonly require coordination across stakeholders site visits technical documentation authority processes and project execution which aligns with this scope.
The Project Engineer will manage technical project coordination for B2B accounts and public charging projects. This includes organizing site visits collecting technical data coordinating external technical teams supporting project implementation and ensuring that all required technical and operational documentation is completed accurately. The role will require frequent communication with stakeholders such as authorities sit owners technical teams business teams and other project partners across Egypt and the UAE. Public EV charging operations also require charge point operator compliance and licensing documentation in Dubai which makes stakeholder and documentation management especially important for the UAE side.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Business Development team and Account Managers in delivering B2B projects from a technical perspective.
Coordinate site visits with external technical teams and ensure all required project data is collected.
Follow up on technical requirements project schedules and implementation progress.
Manage all technical communication related to project execution with clients and stakeholders.
Own the public chargers project scope including CPMS-related coordination CPO documentation and project follow-up.Manage stakeholders including authorities site owners technical teams consultants and any other parties involved in the project.
Track project progress identify blockers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation updates and technical records.
Support project closure handover and documentation completion.
Coordinate activities across Egypt and UAE as required.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Electrical Engineering.
Electrical background is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience.

Good technical understanding and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on tasks.
Organized proactive and detail-oriented.
