(POS) Sales & Implementation Specialist

Future Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.

As a Sales & Implementation Specialist you will manage the customer journey from the initial sales conversation through onboarding and implementation.

Youll work closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs demonstrate our technology solutions close sales opportunities and ensure a smooth implementation and successful adoption.

• Identify and qualify potential customers and sales opportunities.

• Conduct product presentations demos and sales meetings.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes.

• Configure and set up solutions based on customer requirements.

• Train customers and their teams on how to use the platform effectively.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and implementation issues.

• Follow up with customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the relevant teams.

• 13 years of experience in sales account management customer success implementation or a related role.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.

• Proactive energetic and target-driven personality.

• Good command of Arabic and English.

• Experience in SaaS technology POS e-commerce or business software is a plus.
