- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using advanced planning tools to ensure scalability and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering procurement and construction teams to synchronize timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain reliability and adherence to deadlines.
- Introduce innovative planning methodologies and digital tools to optimize resource allocation and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams to enhance planning standards and foster continuous improvement.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or related discipline).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Project Excel and Power BI
- 2-4 years of experience in project planning & Scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for creating and managing detailed project schedules.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into actionable planning deliverables.
- Experience with risk analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation for schedule assurance.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- On-time delivery of project milestones aligned with strategic goals.
- Effective collaboration and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Reduction in scheduling conflicts and improved project efficiency through proactive planning.
- Work with cutting-edge digital planning tools and contribute to strategic rail projects.
