Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across various levels of an organization.

Solid understanding of the electronic payments industry including payment processing gateways digital wallets POS systems and e-commerce integration.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive value for both the company and its partners.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Results-driven and highly motivated with a passion for developing win-win partnerships.
Detail-oriented organized and able to handle complex contracts and agreements.
Adaptable and able to navigate through change in a rapidly evolving industry.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in business development partnerships or account management preferably within the payments fintech telecom electronic payment industry sectors.
Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
Experience in negotiating contracts and building long-term business relationship
