• Oversee and provide technical direction and leadership for a team of java developers and provide guidance and feedback to others to strengthen specific knowledge/skill maintain and support development processes and methodologies to ensure project success.
  
• Implement maintain and support development processes and methodologies to ensure project success.
  
• Ensure that program and code quality is of the highest standards to minimize failures.
  
• Ensure that programs and code meet security standards and comply with corporate policies to maintain compliance and protection.
  
• Oversee maintain and support staging and testing environments to facilitate seamless development.
  
• Develop and maintain consistent documentation practices and standards to enhance project clarity and continuity.
  
• Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance project development.
  
• Capture and report metrics to track project performance and progress.
  
• Adopt agile methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
  

Requirements

• BSc in computer science/ computer engineering.
  
• 7-10 years of experience in java development.
  
• Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer.
  
• Java EE architecture.
  
• Spring Professional Certification.
  
• Java EE 7 Security.
