Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients a leading company specializing in security solutions and products located in 10th of Ramadan City.
About the Opportunity: IT Technical Support Specialist
Your mission as an IT Technical Support Specialist will be to deliver fast reliable and user-focused technical support across all departments. Leveraging your expertise in troubleshooting systems maintenance and user support youll play a key role in ensuring the companys digital infrastructure runs smoothly efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support Systems Maintenance & IT Asset Management
Respond to user requests for technical assistance (in person by phone email or ticketing system).
Diagnose and resolve software hardware and network issues promptly.
Manage IT assets ensuring proper documentation barcoding and inventory control.
Prepare and deliver IT assets for new hires ensuring asset ownership forms are signed.
Maintain valid backups for machines connected to production lines.
Coordinate IT consumables procurement ensuring the best quality and pricing.
Escalate recurring or critical issues and report them to the IT Manager.
Support in annual budgeting and IT stock availability checks.
Stay up-to-date with system updates configurations and technology changes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: IT Systems & User Support
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
14 years of proven experience as a Service Desk or IT Support Engineer.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Proactive collaborative and eager to learn and optimize IT processes.
Fluent in English.
