Define and manage configuration items (CIs)
Maintain and audit CMDB accuracy
Align configuration updates with change and release processes
Analyze configuration trends and discrepancies
Support incident and problem management through accurate CI data
Coordinate with infrastructure applications and service teams
Prepare governance and compliance reports
24 years (Officer) / 46 years (Senior Officer) in IT Operations / ITSM
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience with CMDB & configuration tools (ServiceNow BMC Remedy etc.)
Strong analytical and documentation skills
CMDB management
IT governance
Audit & compliance
Cross-functional collaboration
IT service lifecycle knowledge
