German-Speaking Operations Manager

Location: Egypt
Work Model: Office-based
Language Requirement: German C1 or higher

Our client is looking for an experienced German-speaking Operations Manager to lead and support operational teams in a fast-paced customer service environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance supporting team leaders and ensuring that service delivery quality and customer experience targets are consistently achieved.

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations and operational performance
• Drive achievement of KPIs SLAs and customer service targets
• Provide leadership coaching and performance management to operational teams
• Support Team Leaders in achieving individual and team objectives
• Monitor productivity quality attendance and overall performance
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Ensure adherence to company processes policies and quality standards
• Analyse operational reports and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience
• Promote a positive high-performance team culture

• German proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Proven experience in Operations Management preferably within a BPO contact centre or customer service environment
• Strong leadership and people-management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing KPIs and operational targets
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Minimum Bachelors degree / Graduation preferred
