FP&A Analyst

Were hiring FP&A Analyst for one of our clients based in Obour City.

Our client operates within the manufacturing and industrial sector supporting large-scale operations with a strong focus on efficiency financial discipline and sustainable growth. The organization is committed to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across its financial and operational functions.

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning forecasting and performance analysis activities. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes

• Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses against budgets and forecasts

• Develop financial models reports and dashboards to support management decision-making

• Assist with monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and business performance

• Provide analytical support for business initiatives and operational improvements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field

• 25 years of experience in FP&A financial analysis or a related role (manufacturing experience is a plus)

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
