Join Amazon as a Direct Import Program Manager supporting our dynamic Fulfillment Center operations. This role combines analytical expertise with practical problem-solving to optimize fulfillment processes and drive operational excellence. Youll analyze performance metrics create data-driven solutions and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills experience with data visualization tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key job responsibilities
As a Direct Import Program Manager at Amazon youll provide essential analytical and operational support to drive efficient fulfillment operations. This role combines data analysis process improvement and system support to optimize DI performance. Using tools like Excel SQL and Amazons internal systems youll analyze operational metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. Working with Area Managers and cross-functional teams youll help implement best practices troubleshoot systems and drive operational excellence. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential for success in this role.
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
