Responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing Oracle databases to ensure high availability performance and security across production and non-production environments. As well as Designs builds and maintains scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics reporting and data-driven applications.

Key Skills:

Oracle Database (12c/19c/21c) RMAN backup and recovery Data Guard

Performance tuning (AWR ASH execution plans)

SQL and PL/SQL development

Database patching upgrades and migration

Linux/Unix administration basics and shell scripting

Automation using tools like Ansible or scripting

Monitoring and troubleshooting (OEM or similar tools)

SQL and data modeling (OLTP OLAP dimensional modeling)

ETL/ELT development and data pipeline orchestration

Experience with tools like Apache Spark Databricks or Airflow

Programming in Python or similar languages

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)

Data warehousing solutions (e.g. Snowflake BigQuery Redshift)

Understanding of data governance and quality practices

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in data technologies and a passion for continuous improvement. You have hands-on experience working in dynamic environments where you take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to team success. You are comfortable troubleshooting complex issues optimizing performance and implementing reliable scalable solutions.

You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and you thrive in collaborative fast-paced settings. With a mindset focused on automation efficiency and quality you are always looking for ways to enhance systems and processes while supporting business objectives.
