Qualifications :

• Min 3 years in ecommerce industry

• Knowledge of Salesforce  Fresh desk & Magento tools is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Problemsolving adaptability and ability to handle urgent tasks.

• Proficiency in CMS project management tools and AIdriven platforms.

• Leadership stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
