Air Import Customer Service Agent

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage air import shipments from pickup to arrival and update the customer timely.
• Coordinate with airlines Origin offices customs brokers and internal departments.
• Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Monitor and report shipment milestones and proactively address delays or exceptions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in air import customer service and operations preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Global logistics industry knowledge
• Good computer skills (MS Excel MS Word...
• Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
• Customerfocused with a proactive and problemsolving attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English
