Secretary

Office Administration: Manage general office tasks including filing managing incoming/outgoing mail and overseeing office supplies.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex daily calendars schedule appointments and organize internal and external meetings.

Communication: Handle professional phone calls emails and correspondence acting as the first point of contact for the office.

Experience: Proven experience as a Secretary Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
