Maintenance Manager

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Maintenance Manager in Bahrain. Our client is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the Ready Mix Concrete and Block industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant maintenance management experience and the technical expertise required to ensure reliable operation of production and supporting equipment. • Lead preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities for ready-mix concrete and block manufacturing equipment.
  
• Plan maintenance schedules to maximize plant availability and minimize production downtime.
  
• Diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs.
  
• Monitor the condition and performance of batching plants mixers conveyors pumps compressors and associated equipment.
  
• Maintain equipment history preventive maintenance records breakdown reports and spare-parts requirements.
  
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
  
• Manage maintenance technicians and allocate manpower according to operational priorities.
  
• Implement equipment reliability workplace safety and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  

1. Plant Maintenance: Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and reliability.
   
2. Ready Mix Concrete Equipment: Hands-on understanding of batching and concrete production equipment.
   
3. Block Plant Maintenance: Experience maintaining machinery used in concrete block manufacturing.
   
4. Preventive Maintenance: Ability to develop and execute structured preventive maintenance programs.
   
5. Troubleshooting: Strong mechanical and equipment fault-diagnosis capabilities.
   

• Maintenance planning and spare-parts management
  
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
  
• Maintenance team leadership and equipment reliability improvement
  

Minimum 8 years of experience in the Ready Mix Concrete & Block industry as a Maintenance Manager. Candidates should have substantial exposure to maintenance operations in concrete production or closely related heavy industrial environments.

• Minimum: Typical: Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
  
• Preferred: Typical: B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional: Relevant industrial maintenance/safety certifications preferred
