We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fabricator in Bahrain. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals with strong fabrication experience in the ready-mix industry. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Fabricate metal components and structures required for ready-mix plant equipment and associated systems.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings measurements and specifications accurately.
- Perform cutting grinding fitting drilling and assembly of metal components.
- Carry out fit-up and alignment of fabricated parts before welding and final assembly.
- Inspect fabricated components for dimensional accuracy alignment and workmanship.
- Repair and modify fabricated components and plant structures as required.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain workplace safety and follow established fabrication procedures.
- Metal Fabrication: Strong practical ability in fabrication fitting cutting and assembly.
- Ready-Mix Industry Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with fabrication requirements in ready-mix plants or equipment.
- Drawing Interpretation: Ability to understand fabrication drawings dimensions and specifications.
- Cutting & Grinding: Skilled in the safe use of common workshop cutting and grinding equipment.
- Measurement & Fit-Up: Ability to accurately measure align fit and prepare components for welding and assembly.
- Welding experience relevant to industrial fabrication.
- Experience repairing or modifying ready-mix plant equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial workshop and fabrication safety practices.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of fabrication experience in the ready-mix industry. Practical experience working with industrial fabrication processes and ready-mix plant components is required.
- Minimum: Typical qualification ITI / vocational training in Fitter Fabrication Welding or a related trade
- Preferred: Typical qualification Diploma in Mechanical or related technical discipline
- Additional: Relevant welding/fabrication trade certification is advantageous
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
