Help technical teams develop the skills needed for safe and effective delivery. Employ Global is inviting expressions of interest for a Training Coordinator / Trainers opportunity supporting a potential oil and gas assignment in Angola.

The opportunity

Support the preparation and delivery of oil and gas maintenance activities working with technical teams and offshore colleagues. These opportunities form part of an Angolan national recruitment programme. We encourage suitably qualified Angolan professionals to register their interest.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules and practical arrangements with operations maintenance and supervisory teams.
• Support identification of training needs and preparation of role relevant learning materials.
• Deliver or arrange training within your area of technical competence.
• Maintain training attendance completion and assessment records and follow up outstanding actions.
• Support knowledge transfer and gather feedback to improve training delivery.

What you will bring

• Relevant experience coordinating or delivering training in an industrial or technical environment.
• Clear communication facilitation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with technical specialists supervisors and multicultural teams.
• Please outline your technical disciplines training qualifications and language capabilities in your application.

Assignment details

Location: Luanda Angola onshore support team. These are expressions of interest for a potential assignment subject to contract award and final client approval. Employment terms remuneration start dates and mobilisation arrangements will be confirmed during recruitment. Any role-specific competency work authorisation and safety requirements will be explained before appointment.
